Winter Indoor Hitting League - Session 3 COMING THIS FALL! Description: Players sign up individually and are placed on teams consisting of 4 players. (When you register, you may note other players you want to be placed with.) Each team hits weekly for 5 consecutive weeks and accumlates points. Points are totaled and teams compete within their age group. Winning team members are awarded first place trophies. All players receive an Action Sports Center Hittling League T-Shirt Age Groups: 9-10U, 11-12U, 13-15U Fee: Individual - $50

It is imperative that hitters have a confident approach to the art of hitting. Building confidence through drills, mental approach and application of routines is the foundation of the Action Sports teaching philosophy. Each clinic is designed to address the needs of the player at their respective age levels. Every hitter is evaluated for their natural swing and gradual adjustments are made to the parts of the swing to improve hitting success. The Disciplined Pitcher Program (DPP) - Skills Instruction Pitching is both physically and mentally challenging and is a fine balance between proper mechanics and mental approach. In order to achieve your potential as a pitcher, both are critical to success. This 5 week clinic starts by focusing on form throwing and mechanics evaluation, helping the pitcher understand where their balance and power points are in the delivery. The clinic focuses the pitcher on developing or refining their mechanics to develop maximum leverage in their delivery, always emphasizing pitch and location selection. Tips and cues are provided to help the pitcher remember what was learned. Class Sizes are limited to 4 players

In order to achieve your potential as a catcher, both are critical to success. This 5 week clinic starts by focusing on stances and receiving the pitch, blocking and throwing on to recognizing hitters weaknesses and calling a game. Additionally, key conditioning aspects specific to catching will be implemented progressively throughout the 5 week course. Class Sizes are limited to 4 players
