The tournament director retains the ultimate decision on refunds of tournament entry fees. The refund policy for ACTS of GOD is: 100% before the bracket is drawn, 75% if tournament is postponed or canceled and no games are played, 50% if tournament is postponed or canceled and team only played one game and No Refund if the team plays more than one game. If a team does not finish the tournament and elects to drop out before playing and after brackets are drawn is not eligible for a refund. The refund policy for teams withdrawing from an event that was not cancelled and doing so prior to play is: 100% if cancel 29+ days out, 75% if cancel within 22-28 days, 50% if cancel within 15-21 days, 25% if cancel within 8-14 days and No Refund if the team cancels within a week of the tournament. In the event of a refund situation, a team may opt to exchange the equivalent value of the refund for: future tournament at Action Sports Center, field rental time at Action Sports Center, team lessons at Action Sports Center or cage and training facility time at Action Sports Center. |
