SOFTBALL
Action Sports Center's goal is to bring the highest caliber of baseball and softball talent to the Dayton Region. The facility features multi-configuration fully lighted diamonds for all levels of competition:
- (4) Girls Fastpitch softball diamonds wiht 225' outfield fences and skin infields. Great for T-Ball through 12U girls/womens fast pitch softball. (Fields 5 thru 8)
- (2) Full size softball diamonds with skin infields. 300' outfield fences and fully configurable for slow pitch softball. (Fields 3 and 4)
Action Sports Center continues to provide a wide range of sanctioned baseball and softball tournaments as well as Action Sports Center sponsored leagues, clinics, training and home field availability for your baseball or softball teams.

Hitting

This mini camp is held one hour per week for 5 weeks. The player will be taught the proper mechanics of the swing, swing plan and approach to hitting. The athlete will be put through drills and live practice to improve all aspects of hitting. Guaranteed 6:1 or less, player to instructor ratio.

Hitting with Wright State University
Instructor: Dave Brittingham - Wright State University Assistant Coach
This mini camp is held 1 1/2 hours per week for 4 weeks. The player will be taught the proper mechanics of the swing, swing plan and approach to hitting. The athlete will be put through drills and live practice to improve all aspects of hitting. Guaranteed 6:1 or less, player to instructor ratio.

Pitching
Instructor: Amanda Stewart - Staff Instructor, Former Notre Dame College Stand Out
This mini camp is held one hour per week for 5 weeks. This camp covers pitcing fundamentals relevant to the skill level required. The program is delivered for 2 Levels of Play. Guaranteed 4:1 or less, player to instructor ratio.
- Level 1: For pitchers just beginning or still perfecting their mechanics. This camp will work on beginning pitches such as fastballs and change-ups. Instruction will focus on placement, wrist snap and building speed
- Level 2: For pitchers who have solid mechanics and are ready to move onto more advanced pitches. Pitcher should already have a fastball and change-up. This camp will focus on drop, rise and screw balls, in addition to situational pitching.

Training Facility Rental - Hitting Cage/Tunnel and Indoor Field Rental
Bring your team to our newly converted indoor baseball training facility. The facility features (3) 15' wide x 70' long hitting/training tunnels configured as follows:
Tunnel 1 - Configured with an automatic pitching machine for baseball. Ideal to get your swings, work on bunting or contact drills. Additionally, the lane is equipped with an L-Screen and portable soft toss screen for live batting practice if so desired.
Price - $40/hr (if using automatic pitching machine) or $25/hr for live BP work without the automated machine.
Tunnel 2 - Configured with a pitchers mound, ATEC dual wheel CaseyPro baseball and ATEC dual wheel CaseyPro Softball, and L-Screen.
Price - $25/hr
Tunnel 3 - Configured with a pitchers mound, ATEC dual wheel CaseyPro baseball and ATEC dual wheel CaseyPro Softball, and L-Screen.
