Services and programsThe Disciplined Pitcher and Hitter Programs Skills Instruction Pitching is both physically and mentally challenging and is a fine balance between proper mechanics and mental approach. In order to achieve your potential as a pitcher, both are critical to success. No one softball pitcher is alike. Certain motions, grips and movements work better from some than others. Each pitcher should develope a style that works for them and maximizes their talents. Softball pitching isn't all about speed; it's a combination of working the corners, throwing off-speed pitches and reading the batter and situation on the field. This 5 week clinic works with the pitcher and addresses these aspects and helps the athlete find the approach that works for them. It is imperative that hitters have a confident approach to the art of hitting. Building confidence through drills, mental approach and application of routines is the foundation of the Action Sports teaching philosophy. Each clinic is designed to address the needs of the player at their respective age levels. Every hitter is evaluated for their natural swing and gradual adjustments are made to the parts of the swing to improve hitting success. Our goal is to find each player's comfortable hitting zone and work from there. Class Sizes are limited to 4 players

Amanda takes pride in teaching all aspects of a particular skill. Preparation, situational awareness and mental approach are as much of the game of softball as is the physical talent.
